About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to lead our team in developing innovative Adobe Campaign solutions. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for data-driven marketing and expertise in cutting-edge Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain Adobe Campaign v8 workflows, including data models, multi-channel campaign execution (Email, SMS, Direct Mail), and seamless integration with external systems.
  • Develop complex segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, integrations, and technical specifications to ensure scalability and reproducibility.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a developer for Adobe Campaign v7/v8, with deep functional and technical understanding.
  • Strong understanding of Email marketing, CRM systems, and customer journey orchestration.
  • Experience with channel configuration, including Email, SMS, Direct Mail, and exposure to other Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and XML for customization and automation.
  • Strong integration expertise using API, Batch, CRM, and FDA for seamless data flow between systems.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template development and interaction module.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing operations, email deliverability best practices, and data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills and strong communication skills.
