Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring interns in setting up Workflow automation systems (Clay, N8n, and Zapier), overseeing the design and implementation of automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com, and ensuring smooth integration of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and via APIs/webhooks.

About This Role
  • This is a remote position that requires strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with interns and client expectations.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) and background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Prioritizing and delivering on deadlines will also be essential in this role.

Requirements
