Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to design and implement powerful automations using no-code and low-code tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring, as well as experience with Python or Java for building custom backend logic when required.

The Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation workflows using tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier, and GoHighLevel. This includes integrating third-party APIs and building custom connectors where needed. Additionally, the specialist will work with stakeholders to map out business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation where it drives the most impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build automation workflows using no-code/low-code tools.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and build custom connectors.
  • Develop centralized automation libraries - templates, modules, and playbooks for reusability across clients and internal operations.
  • Work with stakeholders to map out business processes and identify areas for automation.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Airtable, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring (JSON/XML).
  • Ability to analyze workflows and build scalable, modular automation systems.
  • Attention to detail and structured thinking - ability to build clean, maintainable systems.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with CRMs, marketing automation platforms, or internal dashboards.
