We are seeking an experienced Closing Manager to join our team. As the final touchpoint in the sales funnel, you will oversee client engagement and be responsible for engaging with high-intent leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and brokers to assist in closure of referred clients
- Presentation skills are crucial as you'll present the project, USPs, pricing, and offers with clarity and conviction
- Document and book client information accurately
- Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams effectively
- Report daily activities and closure progress to the Site Head/Manager
