Job Title: E-commerce Campaign Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and skilled e-commerce campaign manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, driving performance through strategic campaign optimization, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clients
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon) to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and return on ad spend
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights (cost per click, conversion rate, cost per action, return on ad spend, lifetime value, conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets
  • Build insightful reports with actionable insights for clients

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behaviour
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
