Role & responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, stock) across leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace ads) to drive traffic, sales, and brand visibility.
- Regularly update and optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with sales targets.
- Handle platform-specific promotions, offers, and discounts, coordinating with internal teams for smooth execution.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis, tracking industry trends and consumer behavior to refine strategies.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Seller Central, Seller Hub, etc.) to generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination between campaigns, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback, working with relevant teams to enhance customer experience and product reputation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce/quick commerce platform management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, quick commerce dashboards).
- E-Commerce Knowledge: Hands-on experience managing product listings, campaigns, and promotions on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
- Analytical Ability: Strong skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting with a proven ability to derive insights and implement improvements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
