Job Responsibilities & Duties:

· Preparation of in-depth technical articles on software features for clients.

· Development of detailed instruction manuals for internal use.

· Design and creation of internal and external support resources.

· Collaboration with various teams regarding product development and project details.

· Handling special projects as required.

Job Requirements:

· A degree in finance, accounting, management, or business administration.

· 1 year of experience working with software or products (desired).

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

· Strong research and report writing abilities.

· Effective interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

· Self-motivated, responsible, and diligent individual.

· Passion for software products and staying up-to-date with the latest technology.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Comfortable working remotely and setting own goals.

· Proficient in Excel and Word.
