Senior Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Experience Designer to play a key role in shaping the future of customer experiences. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

As a Senior Experience Designer, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple stages of the design process, from conceptualization to delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their customers;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions;
  • Conducting user research and analysis to inform design decisions;
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design ideas;
  • Presenting design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders;

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of experience in experience design;
  • Complex system mapping and process mapping skills;
  • Audits and competitive landscaping experience;
  • User research and design for iterative testing skills;
  • Wireframing functionality for features and content skills;
  • Prototyping skills with familiarity of UX/UI design tools;
  • Component-based design-development skills;
  • Solid experience with product design methodologies;
  • Solid experience of visual, sensory systems design and navigation systems Design;
  • Creating sitemaps skills;
  • Interaction design skills;
  • Process and specifications documentation skills;
  • Presentation design skills;
