Are you a seasoned accounting professional looking to drive change in the industry? We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Transformation Leader for AI and Digital Innovation.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an accounting graduate with prior experience in leading teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving transformation projects, implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and ensuring smooth execution of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a large team of R2R professionals and balance month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
  • Ensure all month-end activities are completed within agreed timeframes and of the highest quality.
  • Balance aligned process - General Accounting, Fixed assets, Intercompany, Reporting, Balance account reconciliations.
  • Ensure client happiness and successful external & internal audits.
Requirements
  • CA / CMA Qualified (With B.Com at Graduation level).
  • Relevant work experience in General Ledger.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to balance team and client discussions.
