We're seeking a seasoned Printed Circuit Board Design Specialist to join our team.

A key aspect of this role is the development and validation of PCB libraries in accordance with organizational standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing schematic capture and ensuring design correctness, as well as executing component placement considering electrical, DFA, and DFM constraints.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading PCB design tools (e.g., Allegro, Altium, Mentor Graphics), strong knowledge of constraints setting, routing, and post-layout checks. Proven expertise in multi-layer PCB stack-up design and materials selection is also essential.

This position requires a good understanding of signal integrity and power integrity validation methodologies, familiarity with HDI techniques, blind/buried vias, and high-speed interfaces. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
