Senior PCB Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PCB Design Engineer with solid experience in Schematic and Layout design, Validation, board bring up and debugging. This expert will play a pivotal role in the development of next-generation drone solutions.

  • Design multilayer PCB layouts up to 6-12 layers in mixed signal designs.
  • Develop high-speed mixed signal designs for HDI boards.
  • Apply advanced techniques such as Blind and Buried Vias for BGA handling.
  • Stay up-to-date on latest interfaces like USB, Ethernet, CAN, etc.
  • Optimize differential routing, length matching, impedance routing, and constraints management.
  • Minimize EMI/EMC issues through careful design and analysis.
  • Conduct DFM & DFA Analysis, Gerber & ODB++ checking, and adhere to IPC standards.
  • Design schematics, approve PCB footprints, and implement Allegro tool skills.
  • Participate in schematic and PCB layout reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to code/design reviews.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of 10+ successful production-level PCBs in the market.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective third-party vendor interaction and review.
  • Deep knowledge of industrial PCB design tools and flow.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows.
  • 10+ years of experience in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
