Strategic Account Manager Job Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Account Manager to drive our key clients forward. This is an exciting position with a fast-paced working environment, ideal for proactive individuals with a go-getter attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage 5-10 client accounts.
  • Develop executive relationships country-level with clients' leadership.
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about clients' needs, vision, IT roadmap, and any anticipated deviations.
  • Gain in-depth understanding of the account, their business, and key stakeholders.
  • Achieve partnership growth, revenue growth, and capture new opportunities.
  • Pitch relevant services to clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on new markets by developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor delivery timelines and quality to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Present reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounts management or customer success roles for a software company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Understanding of the sales funnel and different stages.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow through on client contracts, preferably in a high growth startup.
  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate them into a strategy.
  • Goal-oriented attitude with proactive working style.
  • Proficiency in client interactions with closure of sales deals.
  • Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset.
