About Our Business Valuation Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our growing valuation practice for US and UK clients. In this role, you will play a key part in performing and managing business valuation engagements for financial reporting and tax purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business valuations for various industries, including financial reporting and tax compliance under IFRS and/or US GAAP.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare valuation reports for clients.
  • Develop and implement valuation methodologies to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their valuation needs and provide tailored solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CFA or MBA (Finance) preferred, with 8+ years of experience in business valuation.
  • Proven hands-on experience in financial management software, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and regulatory compliance.
