Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, managing stock inventory, handling daily cash transactions, and resolving any customer grievances confidently and amicably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless interactions with customers visiting the store for article drop-off and collection.
  • Maintain the store's cleanliness and aesthetics to meet high standards.
  • Manage inventory of stock, ensuring items are properly logged and available as needed.
  • Handle daily cash collection and prepare end-of-day financial summaries with accuracy.
  • Follow up with customers regarding the collection of completed orders.
  • Resolve customer concerns or grievances politely and confidently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • Prior experience in luxury retail, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with customers confidently.
  • A polite, hospitable, and solution-oriented approach to customer service.
  • Basic understanding of managing cash transactions and maintaining financial records.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
