Job Title: Retail Store Director

Seeking an accomplished retail professional to oversee the daily operations of our store. This is a leadership role that demands exceptional management skills, strategic thinking, and customer-centric approach.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone who can effectively lead a team, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers, and have a proven track record of managing branch budgets and optimizing profitability.

  • Candidate will oversee the day-to-day activities of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.
  • Will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, handling customer queries and complaints, and providing training to staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Must be able to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Will work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to customers.
  • Must possess strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and guide the team towards achieving set targets.
  • Will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and update display of merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely opening of the store, manage cash handling, and reconcile transactions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, gather feedback, and analyze customer satisfaction.
