About the Role:

As a frontend engineer, you will take end-to-end ownership of modern, impactful products and shape the user experience in a mission-driven company.

  • Lead the development, architecture, and maintenance of all frontend applications (admin, driver, customer)
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to rapidly deliver new features
  • Own and champion code quality, maintainability, and performance across projects
  • Mentor and review code for junior engineers to uphold development excellence
  • Advocate for modern frontend best practices, emphasizing automated testing, accessibility, and usability
  • Drive innovation in UI/UX—quickly prototype and implement the latest technologies for frictionless user journeys
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in React.js and React Native app development
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, and UI frameworks (such as Material UI)
  • Strong background in unit/automated testing and continuous integration (CI/CD)
  • Track record of optimizing performance and ensuring application security
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex app state
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and effective cross-functional collaboration
