Transforming Supply Chains with Impactful Solutions

As a pivotal role in shaping products that drive efficiency and innovation, you will play a key part in transforming supply chains through the development of high-impact software solutions.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with agile teams to implement strategic vision and product strategy. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform features into actionable product backlogs and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products.

Technical Expertise & Skills
  • Become an expert in one or more supply chain technologies and services solutions.
  • Effectively describe features and problems in Epics and User Stories, and work with Scrum team(s) to refine, break down, and transform them into actionable product backlogs.
  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing stakeholder requirements.
  • Work closely with Client Support and the Scrum team as a liaison.
  • Validate client-reported defects and prioritize them for resolution within required SLA.
  • Support other departments and clients that are implementing and supporting the product.
  • Collaborate with User Experience team to design and validate usable interfaces and product prototypes.
  • Contribute to knowledge systems that help all employees understand, use, sell, and support the product.
  • Assist Product Managers in producing business cases to justify investment decisions.
Product Lifecycle Management
  • Participate in planning, prioritization, and management of product features and requirements from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize revenue and meet operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to prepare release objectives, messaging, and internal and external launch plans.
  • Translate business problems into technical requirements.
  • Have working knowledge of product life cycle phases, including engineering specifications, customer requirements gathering, software design and development, implementation/delivery, and maintenance.
About You
  • At least 4 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience in an agile development environment.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred qualifications include experience with supply chain planning, either as a software provider or a supply chain practitioner.
