Performance Marketing Role

Mayskin, a new-age skincare brand, is seeking a performance marketing professional to take ownership of growth across all platforms.

  • This is a hands-on role where you'll handle performance marketing end-to-end, from planning to execution, analysis to optimization.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing with D2C / consumer brands and a proven track record of handling Meta, Google, Amazon, and Nykaa campaigns.

  • Required skills include strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Sheets, GA4, Shopify Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, Nykaa Partner Portal, and a deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, ACOS, attribution.
  • Able to own budgets, scale campaigns, and deliver profitable growth.
