Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing experience and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing end-to-end web applications using Java backend and React frontend.

They will also be responsible for integrating with backend services, RESTful APIs, and implementing server-side logic in Java using the Spring Boot framework.

In addition, the candidate will analyze requirements and user stories, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering/MCA
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience
Technical Skills:
  1. Java 8 (and above)
  2. Maven
  3. Spring
  4. Spring Security
  5. Web Services
  6. Strong knowledge and experience in Microservices Architecture
  7. Experience in building Restful backend services using Spring Boot
  8. Experience in Relational / NoSQL Database Management Systems such as Elasticsearch, MongoDB, MySQL
  9. Knowledge on GIT, BitBucket, JIRA, JFrog, Jenkins, Nexus
  10. Sound knowledge on Docker
  11. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and related software technologies (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA etc.) and the Atlassian stack
  12. Deep knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, Clean Code, Refactoring, and Unit Testing
  13. Exposure to Application servers WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss is preferred
  14. Sound Knowledge of IDE like Intellij, Visual Studio Code
  15. Sound knowledge of Debugging
  16. Sound knowledge of Postman, File Handling, Log4J, Threading
