Backend Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to lead the development of high-quality software applications using Java as the primary programming language.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable software systems with a strong focus on backend development.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Work collaboratively with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software systems.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements to existing systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in backend development with expertise in Java.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or Ruby.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Solid understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
