Senior Java Developer Opportunity

This role is a hands-on position that requires working on-site, five days a week.

We are seeking an experienced developer with at least eight years of experience to fill a senior role, mentoring our development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices for fintech and payment systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.
  • Lead the design of system architecture and database schema for complex, data-driven applications.
  • Continuously optimize code and infrastructure for performance, scalability, maintainability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend, DevOps, QA, UI/UX, and product teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Seven-to-ten years of strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
  • Proficiency with Oracle DB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, including complex queries and database performance optimization.
  • Deep understanding of backend architecture, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Jenkins, and modern CI/CD pipelines; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
