**Job Description**

ROLE: Channel Sales

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Drive revenue and profitability targets for partners.
  2. Enhance the partner base through the "reach program".
  3. Reach 80%+ cross-selling level by 31st March, ramping up from January.
  4. Develop a basic understanding of Vertiv offerings and drive sales for run-rate and standard product sales.
  5. Ensure Channel schemes and promotions are well understood and motivate partners to reach schemes.
  6. Ensure pipeline adequacy, in line with previous 3M rolling strike rate and monthly order and revenue targets.

**Desired Candidate Profile:**

  1. Technical knowledge and skills.
  2. Exposure to hardware products like networking, servers, and racks.
  3. System Integrators and Channel Partner handling.
  4. Behavioral skills, including partner relationship management.
  5. Good communication skills and open to travel.

**Education:** BE/B Tech preferred, any graduate with relevant experience.

**Experience:** Min 8 years.
