Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Statista GmbH.

Your primary focus will be on pitching our business data platform to potential customers in the India market, providing sales support to our Business Development Managers, and maintaining a solid funnel of sales leads and new account opportunities.

You will be responsible for prospecting and scheduling appointments with prospects, generating leads and acquisitions through various channels, and preparing and sending out official proposals and business contracts.

In addition, you will attend and represent Statista at fairs, exhibitions, trade shows, and increase brand awareness through marketing campaigns.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Competent handling of the Microsoft Office package
  • Competitive, persistent, and ambitious sales nature
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales
