Customer Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL and Service Delivery, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, escalating when necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

Technical Requirements:

  • Cloud Base Solution expertise: AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Mobile Application and Mobile SDK Monitoring tools: Datadog, Splunk, Pagerduty
  • Operating Systems: Linux, networking, TCP/IP, Firewall, Load Balancer
  • Security and Cryptography: Certificates, Mutual authentication, KMS, HSM
  • Scripting languages: Bash, Python, Java

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5 years of experience in IT operations or support
  • ITIL certification and knowledge of Service Delivery best practices

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with cloud monitoring tools and infrastructure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
