
Sales Performance Champion

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Seller Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting sellers and driving success across our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, providing exceptional support and guidance on program execution.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive down seller contacts.
- Assist in developing Voice of the Seller strategies, including executing emails and surveys to gather feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Tech, Business, Finance, and Operations partners, to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
Requirements:
- Strong project management and organization skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and prepare timely status reports for stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, ability to analyze requirements, and raise questions for clarification.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and proficient English knowledge, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with minimum 5-7 stakeholders.
- Ability to network effectively with colleagues and develop others within the team.
