Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing HR support and services to employees. Key responsibilities include managing employee records, handling queries, and collaborating with payroll teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely management of employee records in the HR database.
  • Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, or face-to-face communication.
  • Collaborate with payroll teams/providers to deliver timely information and reports.
  • Compile routine management information reports and handle ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Assist with audit requests by providing required documentation promptly.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in HR Operations in an international shared services environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience supporting UK HR Operations (global exposure is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
