Job Title: Human Resources Professional

As a Human Resources Professional, you will support our HR operations by carrying out various tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment and Selection: You will be responsible for posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and making offers to suitable candidates.
  • Onboarding and Exit Management: You will assist in preparing welcome kits, supporting employee orientations, creating and updating records, and handling exit formalities in a professional manner.
  • HR Administration: You will maintain accurate HR records, track attendance and leaves, and prepare basic HR documents as required.
  • Employee Engagement: You will assist in organizing events and internal communications to promote a positive work environment.
  • Compliance: You will help ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations by assisting with background checks, document preparation, and audit readiness.
  • Reporting and Analysis: You will compile weekly status updates and provide basic HR metrics to inform business decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Pursuing or having recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
