Job Summary
- Manage and resolve incidents efficiently to minimize business disruption, maintaining high levels of service quality.
- Provide expert support for service desk operations, ensuring timely issue resolution and enhancing user satisfaction.
- Utilize Service Now platform to track, manage, and report incidents and service requests, streamlining IT processes.
- Implement and maintain Windows-based systems for optimal performance and security, protecting against potential threats.
- Oversee networking infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity and data flow, supporting hybrid work models.
- Deliver remote desktop support for seamless access to necessary resources, facilitating collaboration and productivity.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery and optimize IT processes, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Analyze incident trends to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive measures, reducing downtime and increasing efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and clarity.
- Evaluate compliance with industry standards and best practices in the cards and payments domain, driving continuous improvement.
- Provide training and guidance on IT systems and tools, empowering employees to succeed.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches, ensuring system reliability and stability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in incident management and service desk operations, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Service Now platform for managing IT services, with experience in tracking and reporting.
- Have solid experience with Windows systems and networking infrastructure, including implementation and maintenance.
- Exhibit capability in remote desktop support and troubleshooting, with a focus on delivering excellent user experiences.
- Show understanding of the cards and payments domain and its IT requirements, with a focus on compliance and regulatory adherence.
