Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Loan Officer

  • To ensure that loan disbursements meet targets with minimal delinquency issues.
  • To identify Joint Liability Groups and disbursed loans, matching them with suitable customers and geographical locations.
  • To drive business growth by developing and managing teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.
  • To assess potential client bases and product acceptability in new regions, areas, and opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
  • To manage disbursement, repayment, and delinquency efficiently, achieving daily/weekly collections targets.
  • To closely monitor disbursed loans, particularly those not being repaid on time.
  • To undertake regular field visits, centre meetings, and loan applicant interactions.
  • To maintain portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, non-starters, delinquency, and frauds.
  • To build strong relationships with both internal and external clients, promoting brand identification with potential customers.
  • To facilitate weekly/daily meetings and centre visits.
  • A minimum of rs exp + experience as a sales officer in microfinance is required.
  • Familiarity with microfinance business and JLG model working is preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relationship management and business sourcing skills.
  • Sales flair and ability to understand critical customer service attributes.
