Job Title: Platform Specialist

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our Enterprise Mobility team, focusing on delivering high-quality technology solutions and driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Windows endpoint capabilities, providing production support in a geographically distributed environment, and serving as an escalation point for device lifecycle management.

About This Role:
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Windows endpoint management.
  • Provide timely and effective support for Windows endpoint management.
  • Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy creation and maintenance.
  • Task sequence development, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Configuration profile creation and refinement.
  • Operating System updates and application packaging.
  • Endpoint security and threat mitigation.
  • Process automation and documentation.
  • Research and recommendation of solutions to enhance user and business experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management, Troubleshooting, and remote management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
