Zonal Technical Manager Role

As a Zonal Technical Manager, you will be responsible for implementing operational policies and procedures at the zonal level.

  • Design and implement strategy for expanding operational support services
  • Provide support to community projects and corporate customers in respective zones
  • Assume overall responsibility for supporting technical customer care and monitoring complaint resolutions
  • Analyze training needs of operations staff and coordinate with the Functional Training Team

The ideal candidate should have in-depth technical knowledge, excellent domain knowledge, and very good analytical skills. They should also be customer-centric, innovative, ambitious, competitive, calculated risk-taker, and task-oriented.

Requirements:

  • B-Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications with 6+ years of experience
