Job Title: Operations Manager

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our field operations and event management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of photographers, cameramen, and field executives in executing events across Maharashtra.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Field Operations Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of photographers, cameramen, and field executives to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Schedule Management: Manage the event schedule and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all events.
  • Reporting: Provide daily and weekly reports to stakeholders on event execution and progress.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and direct teams effectively.
  • Effective Communication: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Geographical Knowledge: Have a good understanding of Maharashtra's geography to efficiently plan and execute events.
  • Language Skills: Be proficient in Marathi and English languages to communicate effectively with local stakeholders.
  • Decision-Making: Exhibit quick and accurate decision-making skills to address any challenges that may arise during events.
