
Senior Channel Development Specialist

- Build lasting partnerships with influential architects, designers and consultants.
- Drive sales growth by showcasing products to residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.
- Deliver expert product presentations, demos and training sessions for the architectural and dealer community.
- Cultivate project pipelines through strategic architect relationships and conversion via channel partners.
Dealer Management Strategy:
- Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in designated territories.
- Optimize existing dealer relationships to boost sales volumes and product penetration.
- Provide dealers with marketing resources, schemes, training and inventory planning support.
- Ensure timely order placement, delivery coordination and after-sales service.
Sales Performance & Reporting:
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets from both architect and dealer channels.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams (logistics, finance, product) for seamless operations.
- Submit timely reports on visits, leads, conversions and competitor activity.
- Stay informed about market trends, product innovations and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in building materials or interior solutions.
- Proven track record of working with influencers (architects) and dealer/channel partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
