Job Overview

Aureate Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and expanding our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery workshops with clients to understand their requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Create project documentation, including BRD, SOW, SRS, Workflows, Wireframes, and Work Breakdown Structure.
  • Presentation of documents to clients with the sales team and obtaining sign-off.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and managing scope extensions when needed.
  • Review and Internal UAT for assigned projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and upgrade the skills of the pre-sales department.
  • Conduct competitive marketing research and customer need analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage pilot project operations, project delivery, and project transition within defined scope, cost, and timeline.
Technical Skills
  • MIS – Enquiries [Leads] attended vs. Converted. Insights – Types of projects / business models / categories.
Qualification
  • Bachelors in IT / Computer Science.
Experience
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in IT Service Commerce Pre-sales work.
