We are looking for a skilled Affiliate Executive to join our team at Adsidious Media. In this role, you will be responsible for managing affiliate partnerships, driving mobile campaign performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and campaign optimization. They will also have excellent analytical skills, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliate partners to expand our mobile marketing network.
- Managing and optimizing performance-based affiliate campaigns across mobile platforms.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners to drive engagement and revenue.
- Monitoring and analyzing affiliate performance metrics to maximize ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiating terms and commission structures with affiliates to achieve business goals.
- Collaborating with internal teams to execute, track, and deliver successful mobile campaigns.
- Ensuring timely reporting, billing, and payments for affiliate partners.
- Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to tracking, payments, or performance.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing with a focus on mobile platforms.
- A strong understanding of mobile affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and campaign optimization.
- A proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
