About this role

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Specialist to drive sales for premium coaching and career-launch offers.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Conduct 4–6 qualified calls daily, aiming for 100–120 monthly interactions
  • Maintain a live close rate of 10–15% or higher
  • Engage with old leads and self-book 20–30 calls/month (optional)
  • Keep accurate CRM notes and follow-ups
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

Earning Potential:

  • No income cap – earn up to ₹2 L+ per month
  • Base draw: ₹20 - ₹25 K / month + uncapped commission
  • Commission: 7–10 % on collected cash + bonuses for pay-in-full deals and outbound wins

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in high-ticket or consultative sales
  • Fluent English; strong on-camera presence and objection handling skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, coachability, empathy, and data-driven decision making
  • Availability for a Full-Time 40-48 hour work week
