Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for delivering accurate and reliable financial information on time, ensuring statutory compliance for local and international requirements, monitoring accounting and financial activities, managing working capital and cash flow, implementing and improving financial policies, procedures, and controls within the entity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders.\
  • Maintain statutory compliance for local and international regulatory requirements.\
  • Monitor accounting and financial activities, including accounts receivable & payable, general ledger, and monthly close processes.\
  • Manage working capital and cash flow, monitoring customer credit and collection activities.\
  • Implement and improve financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and minimize risk.\
  • Communicate fraud and compliance issues to relevant stakeholders.\
  • Oversee internal and external compliance reporting and projections to ensure accuracy and transparency.\
  • Analyze business performance, defining meaningful metrics for insightful decision-making.\
  • Present consolidated management reports to Senior Leadership, including financial statements, KPIs, operational dashboards, and trend analysis.\
  • Identify potential risks, addressing issues to prevent financial misses and ensure business continuity.\
  • Ensure report quality and compliance with Partners' requirements.\
  • Budgeting and financial planning with the General Manager to drive business growth and profitability.\
  • Finance team leadership, developing a reliable finance function to support business objectives.\
  • Training and development of finance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.\
  • Business partnership with the General Manager in development projects to drive business success.\

Requirements and Specific Skills:

  • A Master's degree in Finance or Management is preferred.\
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis methods and IFRS principles.\
  • At least 8 years of experience as a CFO or similar role.\
  • Fluent English language skills.\
  • Organized, dynamic, autonomous, with strategic vision and strong financial knowledge.\
