Financial Leadership Role:

The Finance Director will spearhead the organization's financial strategy, ensuring robust control mechanisms, regulatory compliance, and effective reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, including anti-money laundering, know-your-customer, tax authorities.
  • Design and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes aligned with digital asset flows.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams on tax, regulatory filings.
  • Lead treasury operations, including liquidity management, crypto wallet oversight, exchange accounts.
  • Evaluate financial and operational risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership and the board.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of progressive finance experience in fintech or payments companies.
  • A fair understanding of digital markets, blockchain transactions, digital asset accounting, and custody mechanisms is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive grasp of regulatory reporting frameworks applicable to fintech firms.
  • Demonstrated experience managing statutory and regulatory audits.
  • Profound knowledge of financial controls, risk management, and treasury operations within a dynamic environment.
