Senior Market Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee day-to-day market operations. This role will be responsible for managing the e-commerce landscape across major platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily market operations across multiple online channels
  • Owning the product lifecycle - onboarding new merchandise, visibility, and exits
  • Track and improve product performance through data analysis - monitoring sales, sell-through, margins, return %, and stock health
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of product launches, inventory synchronization, and replenishment
  • Monitor key business metrics such as Daily Run Rate, Gross Merchandise Value, Category-wise Contribution, and Return Rate
  • Work with category managers to plan growth initiatives, visibility slots, and marketing campaigns
  • Assist in executing seasonal launches, exclusive capsule collections, and clearance plans
  • Collaborate with catalog and marketing teams to ensure high-quality product content and brand imagery

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Tier 1/Tire 2 experience preferred
  • Post Graduate degree
