Sr. Manager/Chief Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sr. Manager/Chief Manager to lead our team in Wealth Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop solutions for clients based on their needs, providing timely follow-up and maintaining regular communication.
  • Increase the client base by meeting new clients, leveraging existing investor references, and expanding Assets Under Management (AUM).
  • Initiate portfolio reviews of existing investors in a timely manner, ensuring up-to-date information and recommendations.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing investors, keeping them informed about market trends.
  • Share regular updates with investors regarding schemes, research papers, and other relevant information.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and product teams to conduct regular marketing activities.
Requirements:
  • Excellent socializing and relation-building skills.
  • Strong communicating and listening skills, able to explain complex information clearly and simply.
  • Confident individual with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze client requirements based on financial goals and possess strong logical and numerical abilities.
  • Ability to deal with stress and follow procedures, possessing good emotional stability and conscientiousness when achieving targets.
  • Identify opportunities for greater profit.
  • Follow guidelines and compliance needs, closely monitored, and respond to requests for documentation.
Desired Candidate Profiles:
  • Minimum 7-12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, and Investment Advisory.
  • Possession of requisite certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to all wealth instruments, including insurance, FD, mutual funds, PMS, AIF, etc.
  • Proven track record of AUM generation.
  • AUM size minimum 30 cr.
