Job Overview

  • This position involves collaborating with customer IT, business and suggesting best practices on architecture, forms development, data management, and integration of core applications.
  • Prior experience in forms development is required.
  • The ideal candidate will participate in the entire system development lifecycle, support applications in document processing, printing, and mail services, and work on multiple initiatives within Document Delivery technology.
  • Collaboration with various teams on different platforms is a must.
  • The successful candidate will design and maintain reusable artifacts to process high-volume data, invoke CCM tools to compose documents, and lead daily stand-up meetings between onsite and offshore teams.
  • Maintenance of documentation and deployment of code across multiple environments from test to production are essential responsibilities.
  • Troubleshooting and providing production support for applications are also key aspects of this role.
  • Defect triage and technical challenges will be addressed by the selected candidate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Expertise in OpenText Exstream 16.x and above is necessary.
  • A thorough understanding of Exstream architecture is mandatory.
  • Experience with Exstream API for previewing and generating outputs is required.
  • End-to-end implementation project using accelerators is expected.
  • Metrics & Measurements, Defect Prevention Process.
