Job Role: Infrastructure Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead the implementation and support of our software and hardware infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 9-11 years of experience in this field and hold a degree in BE (IT/Computers) or MCA.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hardware and Software Requirements: Identify necessary hardware and software requirements for product implementation.
  2. Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest trends in hardware and software infrastructure.
  3. Design Architecture: Design highly available product deployment architecture, networking architecture, storage architecture, and virtualization architecture.
  4. Network Security: Design network security as per customer requirement.
  5. Monitoring Tools: Design and deploy hardware, software, and application monitoring tools.
  6. Automation: Use automation for deployments and system upgrades.
  7. Problem-Solving: Diagnose customer-reported problems or configuration issues and recommend possible solutions within agreed SLAs.
  8. Technical Reviews: Provide technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, product videos, and other functional specifications.
  9. Knowledge-Sharing: Assist with knowledge-sharing initiatives, product release training, and documentation.
  10. Design Reviews: Participate in design reviews of HLDs and LLDs with customers.
  11. Tech Evaluation: Evaluate new technology.
  12. Customer Communication: Create customer-requested reports and communicate with customers.
