Our team seeks a seasoned Meta Ads professional to oversee ad campaigns in the Health & Wellness and Local Service sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.
  • Conduct thorough audience research, create lookalike audiences, and manage retargeting strategies.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to create engaging creatives.
  • Establish A/B tests (ad creatives, headlines, landing pages) to drive optimal results.
  • Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Provide weekly performance reports and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing successful Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, targeting, and budget optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or local service niches.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads (a valuable asset).
