Digital Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving measurable ROI, tracking analytics, and scaling client campaigns with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels.
- Create and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for multiple clients.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CPA).
- A/B test ads, landing pages, and funnels to maximize results.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Provide insights from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns (agency experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns with ownership.
- Strong analytical mindset and ROI-driven approach.
- Knowledge of SEO, automation, or email marketing is a plus.

- Location: Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)
- Work Timing: Flexible 8-hour shift
- Working Days: 6 days a week
