Sales Development Manager
- We are seeking a driven sales professional to spearhead new business development, identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial-minded individual with a proven ability to develop and close new accounts, and who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Key Outcomes:
- Maintain a steady pipeline and meet assigned quarterly and annual targets by working closely with domain and pre-sales teams to understand and propose various solutions and services to targeted accounts.
- Achieve assigned targets on revenue, EBITDA & debtor days by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, OEM partners, and local partners.
- Actively research and identify potential new clients within our target markets, leveraging cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events to generate qualified leads.
- Foster strong relationships with new clients, working to understand their organizational goals and challenges to provide them with effective and valuable solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the unique value proposition of our products/services to key decision-makers.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and effectively position our offerings.
- Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales quotas and objectives.
Requirements:
- B.Tech & MBA (preferred)
- Min 8-15+ years of experience
- Confident, CXO conversationalist, go-getter attitude, ability to take risk, collaborative
