About Us

We are looking for a Senior Client Advisor to join our team. This role involves end-to-end ownership of one of our luxury stores, where you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI) and driving sales through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end ownership of the store, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with HNI clients and close high-value jewelry sales.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Foster a positive work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships and drive sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in Indian designer brands.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
