Senior Brand Advisor Job Description

  We seek a dedicated and experienced Senior Brand Advisor who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the Luxury & design industry and its products and services, and the ability to create a strong positive perception of the brand.

  This role involves direct interaction with clients, associates, and the industry to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate/ convert sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  •   Generate and convert inquiries into sales through in-depth knowledge about Brand Heritage, journey, products, and services.
  •   Handle client feedback & grievances professionally and drive solutions to the issues when necessary.
  •   Proactive sales, cross-selling & servicing through telephone, email, and on-appointment & virtual meetings.
  •   Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall growth & development of the Brand.
  •   Prepare client briefing documents and timely organizing documents required for client communication. Ensure that all interactions and communications align with the brand guidelines.
  •   Prepare presentations & keep database updates all the time.
  •   Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and anticipate challenges & potential client issues.
  •   Handle end-to-end client journey from client appointments to post-delivery satisfaction and all other pre & post-sales activities.
  •   Represent the Brand in National/ International Art & Design events and private previews.
  •   Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
  •   Good understanding of Luxury, Design, Art & Craft.
  •   Excellent written & verbal communication, good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  •   Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple clients or agencies simultaneously.
  •   Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  •   Mindset & approach to be solution-driven.
  •   Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for the brand.
  •   7+ years (preferably in the Retail Luxury/Hospitality/ Interior Industry) experience.
  •   Graduate/ Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in marketing or communications from a reputed institute.
