We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to spearhead our team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to attract top performers.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a high-performance, collaborative work environment that drives employee satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Management & Learning: Drive processes for growth, continuous feedback, and development to enhance individual and team performance.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure seamless operations while adhering to labor laws and regulations to minimize risk.
- Policy & Process Development: Strengthen frameworks balancing organizational goals with employee well-being to drive business success.
- Strategic HR Partnering: Align people strategy with business objectives to drive sustainable growth.
- Requirements:
- 7–12 years of experience in HR, with at least 3+ years in a senior generalist role.
- A strong understanding of the IT/Technology services industry is essential.
- Ability to balance people empathy with business acumen to drive strategic decision-making.
- Proven experience in scaling HR practices in a growing organization to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
