Chief Human Resources Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR policies to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with leadership and teams to strengthen workplace culture.
- Manage training and development programs for employees.
- Ensure strict adherence to labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Labour Law compliance.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
- Expertise in training & development and handling compliance matters.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- MBA in Human Resources and Bachelor of Law (LLB) required.
This role requires an individual who combines HR expertise with legal knowledge and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
