Electrical Project Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Specialist to join our team. This role involves coordinating the end-to-end execution of switchgear projects, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate project schedules, material submittals, and progress reports to meet project timelines.
- Study technical specifications, single line diagrams (SLDs), and general arrangement drawings to ensure project requirements are met.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical or on-site issues related to protection schemes or interlocking.
- Supervise switchgear assembly, factory acceptance testing, and site acceptance testing to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of project materials and components.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–7 years of experience in project execution or design of LV/MV/HV switchgear panels.
- Hands-on knowledge of switchgear components and protection devices.
- Strong understanding of IEC, IS, or IEEE standards.
- Familiarity with protection relays (e.g., ABB, Siemens, Schneider, GE).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical, MS Project/Primavera, and testing tools (megger, primary/secondary injection kits).
